Our services include a brief discovery call / quoting to discuss the needs of the home, followed by a home or site visit / consultation to assess the property. We will work with the homeowner to develop a project plan. We will then install the staging items. Once the sale is complete, we will come back and de-stage the home. Our goal is to ensure that the home is presented in the best possible light and that the homeowner gets the most value out of their property.

Depending on the listing our services prices vary , with the option of a monthly renewal fee if needed. Additional factors that may influence the cost include the size of the home and the number of rooms to be staged, as well as any necessary updates or renovations. House/Site Visit & Consultation
Following our discovery call, we conduct an in-depth house or site visit. During this consultation, we meticulously evaluate the property and provide expert recommendations to enhance its allure. A consultation fee of $350 is required for this step, which will be applied towards our services when you book with us.
Step 3
Preparation for Staging
After the consultation, we provide you with an exclusive list of action items to prepare the property for staging. To further assist in this process, we offer professional home organizing and decluttering services for an additional fee. This step ensures that the home is impeccably prepared for our transformative touch.
Step 4
Installation
Our team of highly skilled professionals then transforms your property, installing exquisite furnishings and decor to accentuate its most distinguished features. This meticulous process ensures that each space radiates elegance and sophistication.
Step 5
LIST YOUR PROPERTY
With your property exquisitely staged, it’s time to list it on the market. Our expert staging not only enhances its visual appeal but also maximizes its market value, attracting the most discerning buyers.
Step 6
DE-STAGE
Once your property is sold OR your contract has ended, we return to de-stage the home, leaving it in pristine condition. Our unwavering commitment to excellence extends beyond staging, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience from start to finish.
